Code of Conduct


We have a School Code of Conduct.  It clearly explains what we expect from all our students so that nobody has an excuse for getting things wrong.

 

We, the students of Norden High School & Sports College, will try to make the most of all our opportunities by:

  1. Behaving well in school
  2. Attending school every day and being punctual at all times
  3. Taking part in activities as much as possible.

We will take responsibility for our own learning by:

  1. Actively taking part in lessons
  2. Working to the best of our ability
  3. Bringing homework planner and correct equipment for all activities
  4. Completing homework and coursework on time.

We will show respect and understanding to everyone in the school by:

  1. Listening to and co-operating with others
  2. Allowing everyone to get on with his or her work
  3. Speaking politely at all times and using good manners
  4. Coming to and from school and moving around in a careful and considerate way.

We will promote the good name of our school by:

  1. Being proud of ourselves, our work and our school
  2. Being polite and friendly to all our visitors
  3. Wearing the correct uniform at all times
  4. Behaving well when we are out of school.
